This policy explains what personal data BlackPornz collects, why, for how long it is kept, and what your rights are. It complements the Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of the BlackPornz site, identified in the legal notice ("West Indies Network"). For any question about your personal data, contact us at westindiesnetwork@icloud.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect: account data (username, email address, password securely managed by our authentication provider, or your Google identifier if you sign in with Google); profile data you choose to provide (avatar, bio, country); content you publish or interact with (videos, titles, descriptions, comments, liked or saved videos); technical usage data required to operate the service (views counted per session, aggregated search terms, technical logs from our hosting providers). As the site is free, we do not collect any payment information.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: create and manage your account and public profile; let you publish, like, save, and comment on videos; display public statistics (views, likes); ensure moderation and security of the service, including handling reports and combating unlawful content; comply with our legal obligations, including toward the competent authorities (see the Terms, Article 8).
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based, depending on the case, on: performance of the contract between you and BlackPornz when you create an account and use the service; our legitimate interest in ensuring the security, moderation, and proper functioning of the platform; compliance with legal obligations, in particular regarding retention of technical data and cooperation with authorities.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is hosted and processed by our technical providers: Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud Platform) for authentication, the database, and server functions; Bunny.net for hosting the site, videos, and images. These providers act as data processors and only use your data to perform the services we entrust to them. Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes by BlackPornz.
6. Data transfers outside the European Union
Our providers (Google LLC, Bunny.net) may process or store data outside the European Union, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by these providers (European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms). 7. Retention period
Your account data is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or ask us to, your personal data is deleted within a reasonable time, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (in particular in the event of a report, an ongoing proceeding, or a judicial request). Technical logs required for security are kept for the durations provided by law.
8. Cookies and trackers
BlackPornz does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We only use your browser's local storage (sessionStorage) to remember, for the duration of your session, your age confirmation (age gate) and the videos already counted as viewed, to avoid duplicates. This data stays on your device and is never sent to third parties.
9. Data security
Access to your private data (email, lists of liked or saved videos) is restricted by strict access rules: only your account can read or modify this data, except for authorized administrators when moderation requires it. Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS).
10. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object regarding your personal data, as well as a right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at westindiesnetwork@icloud.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), or your local supervisory authority, if you believe your rights are not being respected.
11. Minors
BlackPornz is strictly reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If you notice that an account was created by a minor, please report it to us immediately at westindiesnetwork@icloud.com so we can delete the account and associated data.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
