By accessing BlackPornz and using its services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
1. Age and access
The site is strictly reserved for adults (18 years or older). By confirming the entry banner, you certify that you meet the legal age required in your country of residence to view adult content. Any attempt to access the site by a minor is strictly prohibited and is the responsibility of that person or their legal guardian.
2. Platform status: content hosting service
BlackPornz is a hosting service for content uploaded by its users, within the meaning of Article 6 of French law n°2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). The platform exercises no prior editorial control over published videos: it does not select, modify, or have knowledge of them before they are made available online. As such, BlackPornz does not bear editorial liability for content published by users, subject to promptly removing any manifestly unlawful content once it becomes aware of it, in particular through the reporting mechanism described in Article 5.
3. Responsibility for published content
Each user is solely responsible for the content (videos, titles, descriptions, images, comments) they publish on the site. By publishing a video, you certify that: you hold all necessary rights, ownership, or permissions over that content (copyright, image rights, and the explicit consent of every person appearing in the video); every person appearing in the content was an adult at the time of filming and freely consented; and the content does not violate any applicable law. Any publication in breach of these certifications is your sole civil and criminal responsibility.
4. Strictly prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited on BlackPornz, without exception: any content involving a minor, in any form; any non-consensual content, including the distribution of intimate images without the consent of the person depicted; any content published without holding the rights, ownership, or copyright; any content obtained through coercion, deception, or exploitation of a vulnerable person; any content promoting violence, hatred, or terrorism, or inciting illegal acts; and more generally any content contrary to French, EU, or the user's country of residence law. Violation of this article results in immediate removal of the content, suspension or permanent deletion of the account, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
5. Reporting procedure and moderation
Every video has a "Report" button allowing any logged-in user to bring potentially unlawful content to the attention of the moderation team. Each report is individually reviewed by a site administrator, who may remove the content in question, suspend or delete the account of the user who published it, and retain the necessary records in case of a request from the authorities. BlackPornz is committed to acting on reports of manifestly unlawful content as promptly as possible.
6. Protection of minors and verification
By publishing a video, the user certifies that everyone appearing in it was 18 years of age or older at the time of filming. BlackPornz reserves the right to require, at any time, proof of identity and age for any person appearing in published content, and to suspend that content pending such proof. Any report, even unconfirmed, concerning the possible minority of a person appearing in a video results in the immediate and automatic removal of the content as a precautionary measure, pending verification.
7. Copyright and content takedown (DMCA)
If you believe that content published on BlackPornz infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to the address listed in Article 12, specifying: identification of the protected work, the URL of the content in question, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. BlackPornz promptly removes any content subject to a valid notice. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for US users, any account subject to multiple substantiated copyright infringement reports will be permanently suspended.
8. Cooperation with authorities
BlackPornz cooperates with the competent judicial and administrative authorities, including France's Autorité de régulation de la communication audiovisuelle et numérique (Arcom), as part of their legal mission to combat unlawful content, counterfeiting, or infringement of intellectual property rights. The platform retains the technical data required by law and responds to any valid judicial request.
9. User account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Please report any unauthorized use of your account to us immediately.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, as a hosting provider within the meaning of Article 6 of the LCEN. BlackPornz cannot be held liable for content published by its users, subject to promptly removing any manifestly unlawful content it becomes aware of, in particular through the reporting mechanism. BlackPornz does not guarantee continuous availability of the service and cannot be held liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from use of the site.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
